Submitting a data subject rights request
The GDPR gives individuals the right to obtain a copy of their personal data and other supplementary information. A data subject rights request allows users to obtain information that helps them understand how and why their data is being used.
Data subject rights requests can serve various purposes. A user may submit a request regarding their own data to:
- Access to personal data
- Delete personal data
- Update personal information
- Limit the use of personal data
- Export personal data
If you wish to submit a data subject rights request, you can do so by completing the form Data Subject Rights Request Form in our Trust Center.
After submitting a request, you will receive a verification email within 24 hours of submitting the ticket. This email contains instructions you must complete to validate the request and proceed. Unverified requests will not be processed and will automatically be closed after five business days.
