When renting, you pay periodically; updates and support are included. When purchasing, you retain a permanent right to use the purchased version; updates are recommended for new features and compatibility. Data/licenses run separately.

With automatic payment, renewal happens automatically on a monthly/yearly basis. Terminate rental You can cancel your subscription before the next period via a confirmation email or your account. After the lease expires, the subscription expires; upon purchase, the subscription remains valid, but without data updates.
If you do not have automatic payments, log in to your account and you can extend the period online. You can also upgrade from monthly to annually (=20% saving) or subscribe to an extra add-on. Log in to my account
Add-ons follow the duration of your main license. When renting, they run for a period; when purchasing, add-on updates are part of maintenance. Check which add-ons are included or optional for each package.
Available Add-ons
You will receive the invoice by email after purchase or renewal. Immediately via our payment provider for online payments; at the beginning of the new month for bank transfers. You can find bank details at the bottom of every webpage. Haven't received anything? Check your spam folder.

Yes. Because orders and invoicing are linked to your email, this happens administrativeEmail us or use the contact form; you'll receive confirmation and then log in with your new email address.

Co-funding is not required. One license = one user. For clubs or teams there is TransFolio Club/Business with the correct rights and management.
