Favorites, wallets and alarms

Today we organize your ideas and build your personal investment list.

You make a selection of interesting stocks, compare their strength, and let TransStock automatically notify you when something important happens in the market.

This is how you build your own investment universe step by step.

Why work with favorites and selections?

During the analysis, you often discover interesting stocks.

With the star icon at the top of the chart, you can immediately add a stock to your favorites. These will automatically appear in the right-hand panel under Favorites.

From there you can:

  • reopen shares quickly
  • move them to a selection
  • or include in a portfolio

This way, you maintain an overview without having to search through long lists.

Good to know: the star icon was recently added to TransStock. You can follow new features and improvements via Product updates.

Use Favorites

TIP
While analyzing, you can quickly gather interesting stocks for the future.

This helps beginners enormously.

When you see an interesting stock: click on the star at the top. The stock will automatically appear in Favorites in the right panel.

From there you can:

  • to open
  • move to a selection
  • add to a portfolio

Step 2
Compare stocks with Relative Map Strength

With Relative Map Strength (RMS), you can compare stocks from a selection.

You see immediately:

  • which stocks outperform the market
  • who are left behind
  • where the strongest names are

Step 3
Set alarms

You can add alarms via:

  • right-click on a stock
  • various buttons in TransStock

Possible alarms:

  • price level reached
  • trailing stop
  • date alert

When an alarm is activated:

  • a message appears when opening TransStock
  • or you receive an email message

This way, you don't have to constantly monitor the market yourself — TransStock does that for you.
